These SMS Terms cover text messages between you and Goodman and Greyhawk, LLC, doing business as Brett's Traveling Toolbox ("Brett's Traveling Toolbox," "we," "us," or "our"), including our Big Island Home Watch services. Our Privacy Policy also applies.

SMS Terms of Service (summary)

By opting in to SMS through a web form on hirebrett.pro or by texting us first, you agree to receive SMS messages from Brett's Traveling Toolbox (operated by Goodman and Greyhawk, LLC), including its Big Island Home Watch service. These are customer care messages about your request and your job, such as appointment reminders, scheduling, job updates, invoices, and home watch reports. Messaging frequency may vary. 1. What we text you about

When you agree to receive text messages from us, we may text you about your request and your job, including:

  • Scheduling: replies to your appointment request, appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes.
  • Job updates: arrival times, estimates, questions about the work, photos, invoices, and payment reminders.
  • Home watch updates: notices after a home watch check and alerts about problems we find at your property.
  • Conversation: two-way texts with Brett, usually replies to questions you send us.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How you agree (opt in)

You can agree to receive text messages in either of these ways:

Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message & data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary. Agreeing to text messages is not required to request or buy any service. If you don't agree, we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Message frequency varies. It depends on your request and your job. Most customers get a few messages per job.

Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless carrier about your plan.

5. How to stop (opt out)

Reply STOP to any text from us at any time. We will send one last text to confirm, and then we will stop texting you. To start again, reply START, or check the box on a new request form.

7. Privacy
